This page is for everyone who uses WholeVisit. It lists the changes you can see on screen, newest first.

4 September 2026

• This help site now looks like the rest of WholeVisit. Same ink on the same chart-white paper, the same two typefaces, the mark at the top of every page, and the status words set as the stamps you see on the rota.
• Cmd+K now does things as well as going places. Type what you want to do, such as “add a client”, “publish this week” or “book leave”, and it opens that door rather than the page it lives on. It also finds visits, medicines, alerts and incidents, keeps your last five choices under “Recent”, and offers a record’s own doors while you are reading it.
• The incident log can be narrowed to the ones still open or the ones closed.
• The organisation you are working in is now named on screen: next to the mark at the top of a wide window, and in the account menu and the Menu panel everywhere else. Pressing the name opens the chooser.
• The line a coordinator writes when they decline leave is now kept. The person who asked reads it in their email and under the “Declined” badge on their profile.
• Anything that frees a support worker or opens a seat now raises a rota suggestion by itself: a cancelled or moved visit, a client away from home, leave approved or withdrawn, a closed day, a schedule ending, someone joining or leaving the team, or hours changing.
• Support workers now see only the clients they visit. Coordinators still see everyone.
• Every list of care records writes a line in the audit trail saying it was opened, with the filter that was on screen.
• Closing an incident, reopening one, editing a closed one, and voiding a medication answer all ask for a reason. The reason is kept on the record.
• Every page of the same kind now has the same shape: the same header row, the same search box, the same place for the one main action.
• Alerts can be searched by visit and incidents by date, and closing an incident asks what was done about it.
• Every dialog puts Cancel before the button that acts, and the alerts inbox is paged.
• Late and missed visits carry the same stamp everywhere they appear. (The Your account card that moved onto My profile then was removed on 2026-09-06, #377: the Details card is the one name on the page.)
• The whole coordinator side and the whole support worker side work on a phone. The rota becomes a day list with a Clients and Workers switch, chips open a sheet, and rows carry a face, a status line and what needs attention.
• Navigation on a phone opens in a sheet, and dialogs slide up from the bottom.
• The doorstep sheet was rebuilt around arriving and leaving, with one door to correct a dose (Change) and an incident form that opens in place rather than on top.
• Open on the support worker dashboard now lands straight in the visit.
• Every choice list is now the same searchable control.
• Recent bulk changes to the rota sit in one strip you can undo from, and Publish week says how many changes it will send.
• The dashboard was rebuilt as the first screen of the day.
• Every report has search and filters, one range picker with presets, and an export that matches what is on screen.
• The audit trail reads as plain sentences rather than field names.
• Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to jump to any page, client or support worker.
• The client page is now tabs, one per concern.
• The alerts inbox arrived: a coordinator acknowledges an alert with a note of what was done.
• Names on the rota link through to the client or the person.
• You can export everything held about one client as a single file, review which records have reached the end of their retention, and destroy a record with a reason once it has.
• The rota grid can be worked entirely from the keyboard, every target is at least 44 pixels tall, and animations stop for anyone who asks their device to reduce motion.
• Nothing that is care data is deleted outright any more. Incidents gained a category list with a prompt for the ones that must be notified.
• Every client has a monthly medication chart you can read and print, and a report of missed, not given, early and late doses.
• The medication record carries strength, form, route, quantity, prescriber, whether it is as-needed, how much support the person needs, and whether it is a controlled drug. Allergies show in red at the door.
• The dashboard shows rota suggestions, and the assign popover explains why a person was put forward.
• Copy last week, reset a week and auto-fill can all be taken back.

• WholeVisit got its name, its mark and its landing page.
• Reports became their own part of the navigation, starting with team performance, and timesheets moved under it.
• Auto-fill shows exactly who it would put where before it seats anyone.
• Copy last week shows its plan first, and both copy and reset can be undone as one change.
• Each organisation sets its own timezone, and every time on screen is read in it.
• Approving leave offers prefilled cover, naming the swaps it would make.
• Medication due windows tell early from late honestly, so a dose given late is recorded as given late.
• A correction to a medication answer creates a new line pointing back at the old one. Nothing is written over.
• The audit trail is sealed line by line, so a changed or missing line can be detected.
• Publishing a week sends each support worker only what changed for them.
