Reports
This section is for coordinators, registered managers and owners, with one report open to everyone. This page lists the reports and explains the controls they share.
The reports
Section titled “The reports”They live under “Reports” in the menu.
| Report | What it answers | Who can open it |
|---|---|---|
| “Timesheets” | Planned against delivered hours, per person, for a pay period. | Everyone. A support worker sees their own row. |
| “Team performance” | How each person’s elapsed work went: delivered, missed, late, hours against contract. | Coordinators, the owner, the office and an inspector |
| “Medication exceptions” | Doses that were not recorded, not given, or given outside their window. | Coordinators, the owner, the office and an inspector |
| “Quality” | Missed visits, and the incident trend by week and severity. | Coordinators, the owner, the office and an inspector |
| “Retention” | Clients whose care has ended, and when each record may be destroyed. | Coordinators, the owner and an inspector. Destruction is the owner’s alone. |
Everything but “Timesheets” names clients or ranks people, so they are walled to the people who read the organisation’s records. Typing the address as a support worker sends you back to your dashboard.
Compliance
Section titled “Compliance”Everyone on the roster with what has expired and what expires within thirty days — training, DBS, right to work, supervisions — for the roster’s coordinators. Compliance covers it.
The shape every report shares
Section titled “The shape every report shares”Each report page is laid out the same way, so you learn it once.
At the top, on the left, the report’s title, one line saying what it is, and under that the dates the tables cover. A printed report always says its period.
At the top, on the right, the date range buttons, then “Export CSV”.
Below, one or more cards, each with a title and a description, holding a table.
Inside the card, above the table, the filter row: the search box first, then any filters that report has.
Choosing a period
Section titled “Choosing a period”The range buttons are presets. Which ones a report offers depends on the report:
- “Last 7 days”
- “Last 4 weeks”
- “Last 12 weeks”
- “This month”
- “Last month”
- “Custom”
Pressing “Custom” reveals “From” and “To” date fields inside the card. Fill them in and the tables follow.
“Retention” has no period at all, because it is a list of where every ended record stands today.
Searching and filtering
Section titled “Searching and filtering”The search box narrows the rows on screen. What it matches depends on the report and is described on each page.
Some reports add one more control beside the search box: a kind of exception on the medication report, a status on the retention report.
Export CSV
Section titled “Export CSV”“Export CSV” writes exactly the rows on screen, after your search and filters, not the whole period. Narrow the table first, then export.
The file downloads with the report and, where the report has a period, the dates in its name, for example a medication exceptions file for the dates you chose. Columns are listed on each report’s page.
