Compliance
This page is for owners, admins and registered managers. It covers the Compliance report and where the items it counts are kept.
What the report is
Section titled “What the report is”Reports, then Compliance. One row per person on the roster, sorted by what needs doing first: the people with expired items at the top, then those with items expiring within thirty days, then everyone else by name.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| “Person” | Their name; opens their Compliance tab. |
| “Recorded” | How many items they hold, or “Nothing recorded” — which is its own finding. |
| “Expired” | How many have run out, in red. |
| “Expiring soon” | How many run out within thirty days. |
| “Next expiry” | The soonest date still ahead, or “All in date”. |
The items themselves — what they are, their dates, references and notes — are on each person’s Compliance tab; see Members and roles. Renewals are recorded there.
Search and export
Section titled “Search and export”Search narrows the rows by name. Export CSV downloads exactly the rows on screen with member, role, items, expired, expiring, next_expiry_on.
Where the alerts come from
Section titled “Where the alerts come from”Every morning, each item expiring within thirty days or already expired becomes a row on the coordinators’ alerts shelf, once per item and date, so the report is never the first anyone hears of a lapsed DBS.
